In Appearance > RX Display > Grid > Background the Alpha slider no longer works with Disable picDisplay is clicked.

Panadapter Gradient may not be working either.

remove the links a moment, whilst I check this out.

No problem, I just had noticed as my panadapter display was a bit different.

Ok, post1 updated again, it is still 21k9c however.

Hopefully that fixes it. Caused by the alpha mode change needed to get anything working with VirtualBox, but now has been reverted.

Working now Richie. Won't even ask why in the world someone would want to run this in a VirtualBox, seems counter productive to keeping Thetis high performance.

I don't know either, but interestingly enough Gary, it ran great with one exception, the display of the waterfall

There’s a very good reason why someone would. If someone only uses a Mac, you have no choice but to use one like Parallels, and by the way has very little impact on performance if setup correctly.

Hi Richie, following mod in 21k9c broke the CAT communication between Thetis and my SPE Expert 1.5K v2 linear amplifier:

-change: KenwoodAI command broadcast functions moved into delegate system

I am back to 21k9b and CAT is working now.

The connection between PC and SPE Expert is done by an USB to RS-232 dongle by FTDI

yes issue found in the formatting of the FA/FB strings related to the AI 'broadcast' in 21k9c
