This morning, I tried to upgrade my 200D with the 1.1 firmware but it seems not working.
It is not detected anymore on the network. Is it a special process to upgrade the device ?
I wondered if you made any progress? I tried many times (using various releases) to install the Protocol 2 firmware. It has loaded successfully but never worked. I also have a direct Ethernet connection to computer with high quality CAT6 cable. The only notes I can find all assume that it is an error with loading the firmware but I have enough technical knowledge to know that for me that is not the issue. It appears not to initialise the Ethernet port.

Thanks. I guess I am unlucky. The rbf files that I am installing are the correct size (1856Kb for v1.1) and take about the same time to upload as the version 1 protocol. So I am going with your (b) response - will not work with my radio.
Don't be too discouraged at this point in the development process. Apparently, there are still some timing closure issues and logic errors that are being chased out. At this time, my own 200D is not fully functional with the Protocol 2 firmware so I am also a member of the club that's looking forward to the next release. I'm not a programmer but I can definitely respect how tedious it is to get all the Protocol 2 firmware for each model across the ANAN line squared away. Fortunately, I'm very content with how well the Protocol 1 firmware and software behaves so i'm not too anxious about it.
