I'm new to Apache Labs (just got a used ANAN-10E today); trying to setup Thesis, but Thesis does not see my10E on my network... I'm using Windows 10 home edition on a Dell gaming desktop. The PC and the ANAN-10E are both plugged into the same Gigabit Ethernet switch. One hour ago I did get PowerSDR mRX working after I turned off the wifi setting on my pc. Since PowerSDR mRX seems so basic, I thought I'd give Thesis a try.

Anyone have this issue and have any ideas I can try to get Thesis to see my ANAN-10E?

It's "Thetis", not "Thesis".

If PowerSDR is working that means that Protocol 1 firmware is loaded on the 10E you have.

Thetis 2.8.11 should find your 10E as it supports both Protocol 1 and Protocol 2 firmware.

While both can be installed, you can't have PowerSDR and Thetis actually running at the same time. That's probably not your problem, but just mentioning it.

You do not have to turn off Wi-Fi, but you do need to change your automatic Network Metric settings in accordance with this discussion:

Thank you for the reply; I saw that discussion and instructions on automatic network metric settings, but I could not find those settings in Windows 10.

I just found and assigned network metric settings to 1 and Thetis still cannot find my ANAN-10E.

I wish I could help you with this problem, but I do not have a 10E here. Perhaps someone else who is running a 10E will jump in.

With your network metric adjusted, you should be able to use Wi-Fi at the same time as PowerSDR now.

Just in case, are you running the latest Thetis Version?

I downloaded and installed Thetis v2.6.9 (1/24/20).

That's not going to work. That version is too old to support the P1 firmware that is in your 10E.
