Have a new 7000 and have a constant 3s signal even with no antenna attached.
This is in all modes.
Running protocol 2 with latest Thetis.
Tried 2 different ps.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

That's normal and correct. Right around S3, or S2 when in Sig Avg mode. Read more here, particularly in the second posts about noise levels:
