I goofed up and deleted a folder I wasn't supposed to and Thetis does not open or start at all. Bunch of error messages.

Reinstall, rebuild your settings from scratch.
Or maybe you have been doing regular backups and you can restore the folder from a backup.
My computer automatically backs up every night to my NAS. Backups will save you from stuff like this, and much worse stuff.
