Moin!

Since one or two days Thetis shows a Band Stack window titled "Band Stack 2" and all my locked band settings are gone.
Now I assume there is a "Band Stack 1" somewhere.
How can I get my stored Band Stacks back?

I tried an older database and got my Band Stack back. And also a clean database shows "Band Stack 2"....

First there was PS, then there was PS2

First there was BandStack, then there was BandStack2

The old band stack system has been completely removed, but existing band stack entries should be imported (mostly). If you have a backup of your old database that had band stack entries, please send to to me so I can double check the import process.

Note: if you change your region with the new system, your entries will be removed (a warning is shown in setup).

Band Stack 2 arrived in 21d, which dates back to 18th July 2021

Richie.

If I understand the manual correctly the first number (left) is which band stack you are currently on. The second number (light) is the number of entries in the back stack you are on. I notice that in different bands, in the first number slot, I get different numbers. What confuses me is that they numbers are not in sequential order. On 80 meters I have Band Stack 1. On 20 meters I have Band Stack 17. I'm pretty sure I don't have 17 Stacks. I have several different stacks that have a 1 in the left slot. I'm going to delete them all and then recreate them from highest to lowest Band and see if it makes more sense. I bet it will. There may also be some logic there I'm not seeing. I had a very bad case of Covid 19 a few months back and I'm still recovering from that (mentally)

The numbers on the right side are very consistent. When a full install of Thetis comes out I'm going to wipe my drive and start with a clean slate. It's a lot of work and probably not necessary. I'm retired now and have more time on my hands (or not). I'm doubting that last statement some days.

Edit. CORRECTION! I started typing my post before Richie posted his and cleared everything up. I guess I need to take the manual with a grain of salt. Much of my initial post is incorrect!
