I am running Thetis 2.9.0.6 on an Andromeda.

I was using FT8 - the radio had been working for some time in this mode. I hit Tune on FT8 to key the radio and the radio didn't transmit a signal.

Thetis is indicating it is transmitter mode, but the is no carrier from the Audio injection (this is USB) and it also looks like the PTT out isn't occurring if that is a clue to what is going on.

I didn't change any thing in Setup - the code just stopped working.

I rebooted the system - and it is still behaving the same way.

Suggestions? I DO realize this is beta software - perhaps the right answer is to clear the database and start over?

I think I have figured out the issue - the Virtual Com ports decided to get messed up. The PTT from the application isn't getting through.

Would you please elaborate on what virtual serial port software you are using, what the problem was, and how you fixed it? There is a another topic going with a very similar issue: https://apache-labs.com/community/viewt ... =16&t=4246

You might also change the title of your original post, since Andromeda/Thetis is not the issue here.
