Thetis install fails. Says wrong version wdsp.dll

Tried updating to Thetis 2.9.03 on W10 64 bit computer. Get "wrong version wdsp.dll" and therefore can't finish install. Any ideas?

solved. Had to delete old files and re-install new version of Thetis.
