TX Audio Display

TX display does not show anything when DUP is activated, works when DUP is off. Why??
There are dozens of things it could be. There needs to be more information than "it doesn't work".
What model ANAN hardware do you have? What version of Thetis?
Are you using an external coupler for PureSignal or not?
Has it ever worked for you?
