I am working on getting a new computer up and running. i7 12700K. And I'm wondering: can I install Thetis w/o it being connected to the radio? I'm trying to get everything installed: log, vspe, vac, WS, JT, time program, and Thetis - if possible, before doing the actual swap out to try to avoid pitfalls and extra time.

You can install it, and change settings, but you can't make it operate and test anything without the hardware present.
