Have Any G2-100 owners experienced issues with CW

Noticed:
The radio stays in receive mode during transmit in CW mode using the Keyer, I was told it could be a Firmware issue, can anyone check please their G-2 100.

Thetis or piHPSDR?

In Thetis, when QSK is turned on this is how it works.

Thetis, to my understanding it was tried in QSK as well. Same Result. Would Like to Hear from other G2-100 owners about there experience with this and what version of Thetis are they using.

What does this mean? Using Thetis, in QSK mode, that IS the result you would expect, i.e. the receiver stays on during receive.

I dont think the Tech would not reach that conclusion.

All I want to know if any G=2 100 owners while operating Cw via Thetis or Pihdsdr.. are having issues with there G2.
Simple Yes or no would do.

Using Thetis 2.10.0 with a G2, I am experiencing what I think Carajo was referring to. In CW mode, the radio goes into transmit at anytime when making a dot or dash with a paddle. Even when CW break-In is turned off, the radio will transmit. It's similar to having QSK turned on not matter what the setting is.
Also, during CW when using the monitor on the G2, the produced CW tones over the speakers are very distorted making the Monitor unusable on CW.

Here is a Update about the Cw Keyer (these are there findings) on my G2-100 w/panel

Abhi and others are able to duplicate the behavior. Laurence made some modifications to the p2app and firmware code yesterday and it’s working correctly now. The only issue was the cw keyer that’s in the firmware was not letting Thetis know it needed to go into transmit mode. It needs to know so it can switch the attenuator to max to protect the receiver. Possibly why the LNA transistor was blown. All good for now.
As an abundance of caution we are also replacing the PA/Filter board just to make sure there are no issues. The board is being shipped to Doug from India. I have no other specific information.

Received an email from Apache Labs support this morning saying, "Yes the software developers are working on a fix and it will be released shortly,

The update instructions will be provided once the fix is ready for release. This update will fix the CW keyer issue."

I appreciate how responsive both Apache Labs and the development team has been. Thanks a bunch.

Amazing they can be responsive when they want...but totally blow off people on the other hand.
Glad to hear the fix is in sight for the new G2.
