For anyone interested in over-clocking the Raspberry Pi 4 CM from 1.5Ghz to 2.147Ghz:

Run Terminal and type "sudo geany" press enter.
Open the /boot/config.txt file.
Enter in the folllowing after the Uncomment to overclock the arm.

over_voltage=6
arm_freq=2147
gpu_freq=750

Then Save and close down menu.

Reboot...

Open another terminal, and type:

sudo watch -n 1 vcgencmd measure_ clock arm (to monitor cpu speed

or

sudo watch -n 1 vcgencmd measure_temp (to monitor cpu temp) mine stays at around 43 degrees C

According to https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopi ... 9#p1689049 it is not safe to push CPU and GPU that far.
It will probably not overheat, but the power envelope is too constrained. If the system is unstable, the SD card's data integrity is at risk.

This is why I suggest to just overclock the CPU to a safer 2GHz and let the GPU at its default value.
over_voltage=6
arm_freq=2000

If someone needs more performance, the best way is to upgrade to a CM5 in my opinion.
