Change mouse wheel direction?

Sorry if I've missed this, but is it possible to change the mouse wheel direction? i.e. if I scroll down, the freq goes up!

Setup > General > Options > Options-1 > Miscellaneous > Reverse Wheel

Wouldn't it be cool if you had a tool to just type in a word and it pops up the related settings?
