Worst Customer Service

My G2 shipped from India on July 6, 2024. FedEx lost track of the shipment on July 9th. Apache Labs refused to do anything until FedEx officially declared the shipment as being lost. FedEx finally notified Apache Labs on August 3rd and on that date I requested that Apache Labs ship a replacement G2. Apache Labs refused stating that it would not ship a replacement G2 until its claim against FedEx was approved. On August 9th, FedEx sent an email addressed to me and the FedEx Territory Manager in India stating that Apache Labs' claim was approved. It was not clear whether FedEx notified Apache Labs that the claim had been approved so on that day I forwarded this email from FedEx to the Apache Labs support team, to their Account Manager and to the Apache Labs Managing Director, so clearly Apache Labs knows that the claim was approved. Other than that, no one at Apache Labs has responded to me. Short story is that Apache Labs has had my payment in full since June 18th, has known since August 3rd, that FedEx admitted that it lost the shipment, has known since August 9th that its claim against FedEx has been approved and no one there will communicate with me concerning when a replacement G2 will be shipped. This is a cautionary tale.
