Hi,

I'm getting poor audio with a USB Headset input to Thetis as well as from the G2 XLR jack. Deleted and reloaded Thetis, erased app file, no luck. Mic and ALC levels good. Rough and scratchy.

Frustrated as this is a new radio for me, The USB headset worked fine with my HL2.

Not sure about the USB, several of my friends use the wireless with the G2 and 7000 and Hermes series. They use the jabra wireless and have excellent audio. Of course that plugs into the 1/8 mic Jack not the Xlr. Several have had a few issues with the Xlr input.

Are you using the same version of Thetis you used with the HL2? What version?

Do you still have the HL2? If so, does it still work OK with your USB headset?

With Thetis and the G2 configuration, with PureSignal off, how does the mic audio sound to you with MON activated? If it's OK, then this is a good indication that the problem is not Thetis but rather downstream of Thetis.
