synchronize two thetis receivers

How do I synchronize the rx frequencies of two instances of Thetis, both running on the same PC? One radio is the rx/tx for digital modes and the other for rx only is on a different antenna some distance away but on the same lan. Im sure this should be simple but no amount of searching has helped. Using VSPE serial ports

Also, get an error when trying to download the manual (error says not found or something like that).
