Has anyone being using the XLR, Line and Mic inputs? On my radio, none are working, but using it with computer and interfaces.

Not in a literal sense of your question, using all three.
But am using the 3.5 mm Mic input with the G2 in stand-alone operation, using Pihpsdr running on it.
In the Pihpsdr menu to setup the radio you can make adjustments for the ring/tip function of the microphone plug, and y/n bias voltage to be applied, and in the tx menu you have to uncheck the local microphone box. During reception the 'Mic level' bar graph will show the microphone audio.
