hi, i owned a Anan-7000 DLE MKII as used. The Frontpanel has a lot of scratches and i want to exchange this for a new one in clean condition. So i asked the Apache-Labs support for a new Frontpanel for the Anan-7000. I sent them 2 mails till today but no response from Apache-Labs. I think they should have and deliver spare parts for their products. Has any one of the users a hint for me how and where to order such a spare part? Thanks for your support:

Email communications with Apache have been historically spotty, and the typical failure mode is your email provider rejecting the incoming Apache emails, thus you won't even see a reply in your spam folder. One thing you can try is to send your email to Apache from a different email service, e.g. gmail, protonmail, etc.

That said, it's doubtful that Apache has any spare parts in their inventory for the 7000, but it never hurts to ask. You may be better off simply refinishing it yourself.
