I have a microphone hooked directly to the front of my Anan G2 Ultra's, have two radios, and I can hear speaker (RX) audio coming from the microphone element. Something tells me this should not be the case, but want to see if anyone else he noticed this on their G2 radios, or any other models for that matter?

Mathew, would you provide a little more detail, please?

Are you hearing RX audio from the G2, or the other radio?

Is it while the other radio is transmitting?

What make/model microphone is it?

How is the microphone connector wired? Are you using a TRS (tip, ring, shield) connector? What are each of the three contacts connected to?
