G2 Poor Sensitivity on Ant1 but better on Bypass Ant

Problem when ant connected to Ant 1 poor sensitivity. When connected to Bypass Ant signals ok.In ant settings i click band and bypass. Am using Thetis V2.10.3.10 .Any suggestions? Is it a hardware
problem needing return or in software with Thetis settings needing change? Had G2 less than one week and am 84 with some defecits.

Using Bypass eliminates the Saturn SDR board as a problem, as well as the connection between the boards, but not the PA/RF board. Have you tried Ant 2 and Ant 3? If either of those works, then it might be the Ant 1 switching relay.
Also, be certain that your attenuator, bandwidth and panadapter settings are identical for each test. Given the complexity of the radio, it is very easy to overlook those things.
