I went over it again, it seems the 9 pin plug marked amp which wasn't clear was plugged into the radio and visa versa.

All good now.

Hello, I recently received my VK3AMP 1KW amp plus the hook up serial cable. I have plugged it into the amp and 7OOO DLE. Please can someone who has a VK3AMP and 7000 DLE post the screenshot or shots of the settings needed.

I have the 7000 MK2, received in May 22. Running Thetis 2.9.0 My voltage goes from 13,6v to 15v, I have tried 3 linear PSUs, I even bought a Samlex switching PSU and the flucuation remains.

I'm going to try this tnx to N4LQ

Hello Mike, it's always great to talk to you on the radio and drop in anytime you hear us on this side of the pond.

As you know I have the latest version Hermes Lite 2 and when pure signal was on I had that problem.

I followed you suggestion and switched it off, since then all good.

It seems it is hard to find them on sale in EU stores.

They do have or had them in the UK but that seems a minefield for us in the EU these days.
