Richie--the Two Tone CAT command is broken.

Two Tone is set to "Use Drive Slider". TUN is set to "Use Fixed Drive".

Using the 2TON button on the UI works as expected: drive power is achieved.

Using zztu1; 2TON is produced at the tune power setting.

If TUN is changed to "Use Drive Slider" then zztu1; asserts drive power, so it would appear that zztu1; is following the TUN settings and not the Two Tone settings while the 2TON UI button is following the proper settings.

If it matters, hardware is an 8000DLE.

Now just waiting for Rob to update button and slider packs

Quick look at the code and ZZTU does tune, not 2Tone.

Radio is black case 7000DLE MKII running Protocol 2.

Quick look at the code and ZZTU does tune, not 2Tone.

uninstall through windows, go into the thetis install folder, remove any dll's that are left. It looks like your install process did not put the new channelmaster.dll in there which has that new function SetAudioAmpEnable.

I have a curious installation / startup problem beginning approximately with V2.9.0.

Upon clicking the Thetis icon, the splash screen will open and progress with Loading Settings down to about 8 or 7 seconds. At that time installation activity ceases.

Leaving it at that stage and again starting Thetis a warning of 'other Thetis instances running' pops up. Clicking Yes to continue allows it to continue to move forward. At that time error messages regarding enabling CAT on COM1 appear. Clicking through about 3 instances of that warning allows Thetis to then open. A 2nd instance of Thetis appears in the Apps section of the Task Manager. Clicking Power allows Thetis to then run. Then closing Splash under the 1st instance of Thetis and End Task then closes the 1 instance.

The 2nd issuance of Thetis seems to continue to run okay. Perhaps I haven't achieved a complete uninstall of Thetis prior to the later fresh install.

Please pardon me if this has been addressed elsewhere.

3) check folders
C:\Program Files\OpenHPSDR\Thetis
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenHPSDR\Thetis
have no lingering dlls
4) reinstall
5) run up thetis and leave it start

If it is stuck again, make sure there are no popup windows behind the splash screen, by hovering over Thetis taskbar icon to see if any other windows are there

if nothing and still stuck, check task manager for Thetis.exe. If in list end task

check for Errorlog.txt in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\OpenHPSDR\Thetis-x64 or C:\Users\Richie\AppData\Roaming\OpenHPSDR\Thetis

Tricked you Scott! I updated all the slider packs last week. The bad news is that the web hosting server out in California appears to be down and apparently has been for most of the day so w1aex.com is currently dead. No word on when it will come back up.

Using rev. 4 now TCI with RF-Kit PA ist working. Nice!

But I have a problem with rx attentuator. Several times now after transition from tx to rx the ATT (RX1) is at maximum, but that is not indicated. ATT display still shows 0. I have to switch ATT to get attenuation to 0 again.
The problem does not happen in QSK mode. Back to SEMI the ATT is at max again.
It happens also in SSB or FM.
RX2 is attenuated in the same way. Switching RX2 ATT brings gain back to 0 on both RX1 and RX2.
It happens on 20m, 10, but not on other bands.

It think I should build a new database.

it might be an issue with the new attenuation implementation, I will do some testing later this afternoon. Perhaps some more reports will come in. Can you try to replicate and construct a procedure to make it happen on demand?

it is related to having the same adc set for both ddc2 and ddc3 in your case with 7000.

I am still working the fix.

Richie--the ADC/ATT/RX combinations are many, as you know. If you'd like to post a list of tests for people to verify functionality on the various hardware types, Hermes to 8000, and people ran through the list, would that be helpful to you?

Well any anomalies that people notice should include a report of what has happened, the method they use to replicate it, the radio model, and screenshot of the DDC/ADC page.

Norbert's issue is an issue for everyone, I have fixed it here, but still testing. It is related to the same adc's being used for the rx1 and rx2 ddc. It incorrectly modifies the TXatt.

it is related to having the same adc set for both ddc2 and ddc3 in your case with 7000.

I am still working the fix.

Ok, I will check that with the previously used database.

Attached are the ADC settings. I don't use a 2nd antenna, so both rx are tied to ADC0.

Has been updated with fixes for the ATT issue where RX1 + RX2 use the same ADC. Also added GridMin to NoiseFloor option which is early work in progress.
