I noticed that when playing back a recording over the air, the TX EQ is disabled during playback as it should be but that the CFC is still enabled which then alters the over-the-air playback of the recording. You have to manually uncheck the CFC boxes to correct this. I am using Thetis V2.7.0. Perhaps this can be corrected in the next software update.

CFC Stays On with Over-the-Air Record Playback
Re: CFC Stays On with Over-the-Air Record Playback
Hi Ron!
This is what I had been mentioning over three years ago too.

But obviously nobody else is interested in this issue. I often hear Anan users ignorantly playing back recordings through the CFC Comp and Equ and those listening are wondering why they sound very compressed . But it is the same on PowerSDR mRX.

Re: CFC Stays On with Over-the-Air Record Playback
This has been reported to the dev's.
Re: CFC Stays On with Over-the-Air Record Playback
Ok Scott!
Didn't know the problem was already reported. Would be less an issue if there were buttons for CFC Comp and Equ on the gui like the "classic" comp and eq. Anyway, not a be big deal as long as the user is aware of this pob but I hope there will be a solution which makes deactivating of CFC easier than kicking through the setup menu during a qso.
Thank You for clarification, Scott!
