Install Thetis on my Anan 10e with protocol 1 I can recieve good but can not transmit mic not working Help what can I do?

It's probably just a minor setup error. But we can't help you without knowing more about your setup. What mic? Connected how? Post a screen shot of Setup > Transmit. Are you using VAC? If so post a screen shot of that setup window, too. Give us something to work with.

cm 500 headset/mic plug in the front everything works great in 3.4.9 open hpsdr

Does your CM500 microphone have a TRS (stereo) or TR (mono) connector?
Are the above screenshots from your Thetis configuration? Do they match your PowerSDR configuration?

How do you key up the radio, Is the CM500 plugged into the front of the PC or the mic and headphone sockets on the radio?
If you use the mic and headphones on the front of the radio and you key up from the radio, check the Allow PTT to override/bypass VAC for phone box.
I had the same problem when plugged into the Anan, Thanks to Tony EI7BMB who gave me the solution
