Metis 2.1.18

The first display is CORRECT… -63.3 dBm

The second display is WRONG… -180.1 dBm

Is this on the Thetis PUNCH LIST to be fixed eventually?

This is all fixed in 21k9 which should be out in few days (hopefully). The Hz readout when in dup mode and waterfall seconds were also incorrect. There are also fixed.
