Unless and until a software fix in Thetis can be implemented, anyone with a new ANAN-7000 with a serial number ending in "A" will not be able to obtain correct current readings in Thetis.
The reason for this is Apache chose to replace the ACS713-30A current sensor on the RF board with the TMCS1100A2 due to part obsolescence. This has the unfortunate effect of causing all current readings to be low by a factor of 0.55, i.e. 2 amps will read as 1.1
Current readings on new ANAN-7000's with serial numbers ending in "A"
Re: Current readings on new ANAN-7000's with serial numbers ending in "A"
Thanks for the information. If I could get any current reading at all that would be great, but I believe all the "a" models delivered since 7/1 have 0 current shown in Thetis. On the P1 firmware at least voltage was shown, but using P2 voltage behavior gets really erroneous swinging wildly from 13V to 30V during transmit.
