THETIS Upgrade to 2.9.0.6 Loses network communication
THETIS Upgrade to 2.9.0.6 Loses network communication
I just upgraded my primary computer and a secondary computer with the newer version of THETIS software 2.9.0.6. The secondary computer works fine after the upgrade. The primary computer is not connecting to the ANAN 7000dle MKII and is apparently using the HERMES firmware Protocol 2 while the secondary computer is using orion MKII version 1.9 firmware. The anan address is the same for both computers. No MACaddress appears for the primary computer while the secondary computer has a mac address. I don't know what happened in the upgrade process but Id like to get my primary computer connected to my ANAN 7000dle MKII again. It worked fine with the earlier version of THETIS 2.9.0. Anyone have a suggestion or can help me?

Take a look in your Firewall, may be Thetis is blocked.

The computer uses neither Prot1 nor Prot2. Thetis only shows which protocol is used by ANAN for communication.
This means that if communication via the network is not possible, Hermes is always displayed. This also applies if Thetis is not yet switched on (ON/OFF BUTTON). This is the standard information, so to speak.
If a connection from ANAN to Thetis is possible, the operating protocol is detected by Thetis and will display the relevant information. To do this, Thetis must have been switched on at least once. (ON/OFF BUTTON).
The correct settings for the firewall can be checked via "Firewall Check".
