ANAN 100W PA/LPF Board With PIN Diode T/R RF Switching

A recently acquired schematic of the ANAN 7000 PA/LPF board shows complete elimination of the T/R relay with substitution of a relatively complex PIN diode RF circuit. A total of nine S1M PIN diodes (1KV PIV) manage RF switching. Four BSS84 switching MOSFETs control diode activation bias.

It would be most helpful and appreciated if an Apache Labs representative could offer any information pertaining to the current or future implementation of the 100W PA/LPF board into ANAN transceivers.
