G2 Firmware Change Log?

I have been running V17 of the G2 Firmware with very good results on my Black Face. I have just been made aware that there have been two (2) newer releases of G2 Firmware,: V18 and V19.

Where can I find and read about the changes in the firmware and new features or fixes?

Please excuse me for my ignorance of the location for this information.
I just want to know if upgrading is "worth it"?

Also, can I fast forward from V17 to V19 without installing V18? I suspect that is a Yes?
