Well, I need help. Maybe someone here can point me in the right direction I shipped a G2 radio almost 90 days ago for repair.Tony sent me an email saying that they would look at it in a week. They looked at it and evidently didn’t have time to check it out said it would be another week? OK that was fine but now 60 days later no contact Tony , the phone just will not be there as the recording is all you get. No answers to emails as I’ve been sending one a week sometimes two for the last two months no response. Is there anyone in California? If there is, I’m ready for a road trip. Words cannot explain my frustration for this company. I have $2000 down on the G2 1K that’s another issue but right now I would just like to get the G2 going and back. Please help help please!

Byron,
I have moved your post to it's own, dedicated topic, rather than leave it buried in the introductory topic for this forum area.
Unfortunately, it's unclear what can be done to help you and the many others who have similar problems communicating with Apache. This is a user forum and Apache has not taken a role in it for a long, long time. It's great for solving technical and how-to questions, but not at all useful for communicating directly with Apache. However, for others in a similar position, it's good to know who else is having trouble.
I can only recommend you barrage Apache with emails and voicemails until they respond.
I'm kind of surprised that the large number of folks that have had problems with Apache haven't banded together and approached Apache as a group.

Re: Help with repair status
Now that Apache Labs Headquarters is in California, anyone owed money for an undelivered or unreturned product can file a small claims action. The dollar amount limit is $12,500.
Details about the process and necessary forms etc. are covered in the document link below.

AFAIK, California requires an in-person appearance by the defendant and plaintiff at the initial hearing. You cannot be represented by an attorney at that hearing. A trip to CA might be out of reach for many folks, unfortunately. But it sure would be interesting if a few people were able to do this.
