qsk semi bk for ANAN 8000

Dear OMs,
I use an Anan 8000 in cw. It is not a true qsk-equipment. It uses a cheap line-isolation relay as antenna relay. Are there any possible improvement for a fast qsk -operation? I am familiar with the construction of sequencers and relays for a fast T/R-switching.
Any suggestions welcome.
