Hi I also use an old xeon cpu with win 10 for operating a Anan8K and PSDR
I was looking at the pricing of a new PC and to give you some idea of the

The above system is more a gamers PC than a HAMs and is subjective Add an 11gb Video card
and few other bits the price will shoot up I use an old dell T3500 with 32gb and a Nvida GT 320
video card feeding a UW 36 Inch screen This set up works fine with Powersdr and Anan 8k and before that a 100d no drop outs CPU abt 30 percent
IT runs fine allthough I use it ONLY for Ham radio This type of system cost 6000 euros in 2010 and
now can be picked up for 150 to 200 e or less The monitor is extra
