OpenHPSDR problem

Hi all
I have Anan 7000 DLE MKII for several days. I installed the latest version of PowerSDR 3.4.9. It installed for a long time. When I start PowerSDR, the ruler develops a little slowly and jumps occur. The radio works fine. But if I turn on the RX2 then the screen flashes and the rx2 turns on after 2 seconds. I have computer power - Dell workstation -2 processors. Processor occupancy 3%. Advise me what to do to remove these inconveniences? I checked the connection through the router and directly to the computer. There is no change.
