Interesting little double cross-over at the top. What amp are you using?
I would have predicted S-ATT = 18dB with a 10dB attenuator, however 14dB is within the range that others have reported (8000's seem to vary a little bit in terms of their internal construction, nobody has a handle on this yet, even after asking Apache directly).
Two pages of thrash all because of an assembly error at the factory.
You had everything correct from the start! At least now we'll know the symptoms if someone else asks about the same symptoms. 
So how's your transmit IMD? I bet it looks very nice, now!
