Protocol 2 Hermesintf DLL for SkimSrv and CW Skimmer

I've made some changes to Vasiliys Hermesintf DLL:

to support Protocol 2.

I have tested it on the Orion II with up to 7 receivers with good results.
It will work for CwSkimmer, SkimSrv, and RttySkimmer: http://www.dxatlas.com/

I've enabled it for all P2 platforms from Hermes (10/10E/100), Angelia, Orion I, and Orion II
although only the Orion's will support 7 receivers.
