Another Windows 1903 update annoyance

Windows update 1903 so helpfully turned off ping on me, which I rely on so that PRTG can monitor the PC.

It also required me to switch from standard NVIDIA drivers to DCH. Not necessarily a big deal, but this was the first update that required that on my machine and it took me awhile to figure out why the drivers I had would not load.
