Database not saving TX EQ Enabled and Phase Rotator Endable options

After clicking on the Transmit Equalizer (enable) and the Phase Rotator (enable) and then on Apply and then saving the changes to a new database by clicking on OK, when I Import that same database all saved settings I made are there except that the two enabled options I just described are not saved. They are unchecked. I have to re-enable those two every time. Any thoughts on this?

Try saving as a transmit profile Bob if you have not done so already.
