On what card are PTT out transistor 2N7002K transistor ?

It is on the Orion SDR board. It is transistor Q2. Download the Orion schematic from the schematics section of this forum.

I also have blown my PTT and need to replace the 2N7002K in my 200D with Orion board. I have the board out, but I cannot locate Q2 on the board. Did you manage to make your replacement and if so can you help me locate the 2N7002K?

I have attached a photo of where I think it should be on the board. Or maybe it is on the underside of the board?

I can answer my own question now! I had to look at the magnified pictures of the control board very carefully, Q2 is near the centre of the PCB (upper board) next to J11 and is slightly obscured by a connecting lead. Picture here for future reference.
