Thetis builds on VS2022

Just a note to software developers. Thetis builds fine with Visual Studio 2022. It's faster than 2019.

VS2022 is finally a 64 bit app. The big benefit to us is that the form designer now works with 64 bit builds.

Novice programmer here - is form designer in Visual Studio used to create the control panel I see on Thetis, e.g. all the buttons. spectrum display, etc?
