1. Installed Thetis 2.9.06 on my PC and Notebook, in both cases the "Tune Power" slider is missing.
Displayed setting is stuck on 50.
Refer to screen shot
Other things noticed;
2. CPU Usage, only have System option, Thetis not available.
3. Spectrum Display shows ghosting, also seen in the attachment.
Suggestions please
Regards

Tune Power Slider missing - 2.9.06 install
Re: Tune Power Slider missing - 2.9.06 install
Any time a new button or slider is added you need to update your skins.AndrewK wrote:1. Installed Thetis 2.9.06 on my PC and Notebook, in both cases the "Tune Power" slider is missing.

Sigi has created a wonderful tool to make this task much easier:

Remember that skin updates generally lag new software versions, so sometimes you may need to wait a few days for skins to follow along.
The Thetis option was disabled because it was causing a memory leak. The memory leak is due to an intractable (so far) bug and was thus put on the back burner.2. CPU Usage, only have System option, Thetis not available.
It's not ghosting, it's the panadapter Active Peak Hold ("Peak") display feature. This has been in the software for a good many revisions now. Enable/disable it with the Peak button or in Setup > Display > RX1.3. Spectrum Display shows ghosting, also seen in the attachment.
I know it can seem daunting, but it's worth reviewing Richie's always extensive release notes to see what's new, modiifed, or fixed in each version:

Re: Tune Power Slider missing - 2.9.06 install
Scott,
Thank you again for your speedy replies.
The Tune Slider is there and functioning now on the PC. Will have to revisit the Notebook as I did download new skins on to it just a couple of days ago and still had the problem.
Looks like my brain has the same "Memory Leak" bug as I have been reading the Release Notes and Issues, just not retaining.
Cheers

Powered up the Notebook today and the Slider was there.
But the display is missing a line or two at the bottom no matter how I size the screen, I will start a new post.
