G2 Ultra Noise Burst

My G2 Ultra generates a noise burst (see picture) of about 100 mS when it is keyed up. The problem showed up when I worked FT8 using WSJT-X, but also shows up when the radio is keyed up without any audio connected. The TX bandwidth is 2900 Hz and it fill the full passband.

The signal level of the noise is probably in the order of 1-2 Watts, which is enough to get my amplifier complaining. It is also generating unnecessary noise on the band.

I ha(ve)d the same issue. I found turning of the 20 db mic pre-amp solved the issue 90% of the time.
