hi gang going on my 4th day trying to get my anan 7000dle mk2 to work, but no success. Cant find Ip or Mac number or firmware information.
i have used boot loader to change I.P., i have tried Programmer and nothing at all, tried contacting Apache support and No Luck
so if anyone out there wants to Help me resolve this issue, please reply, I can be reached at kk4ed@gmail.com.

How do you have the Anan connected to the PC? Is it directly connected or connected via an Ethernet switch?
Are you running Protocol 1 or Protocol 2 firmware in the Anan?
You say that you have used Bootloader to set the Anan IP, so it is assumed that Bootloader was able to find the Anan, but not Thetis or HPSDR Programmer, is that correct?
In advance of your answers, and based on the following assumptions, which are Protocol 2 and a direct connection, I'm going to jump to the following conclusion: you have a bad Ethernet cable between the PC and the Anan. Bootloader mode runs at 100Mbit/s, which only requires two pairs on the cable. When running in normal, Protocol 2, mode, the Anan runs at GigE speed and that requires all four pairs on the cable. If you've got a cable that's only bad on a pair that is used by GigE, then this would cause the problem you have.
