Why does TX EQ revert to ON?
Why does TX EQ revert to ON?
Hi,
I have been enjoying playing with different audio processing tools now that I got Live Professor 2 (VST Host) working with Thetis, but I am puzzled by the TX Equalizer setting. When I created the TX profile (I didn't save the TX profile per se) I switched off the TX Equalizer completely, but after switching Thetis and the hardware unit off and switching everything back on I see that the TX Equalizer box (in Thetis) is checked although I left it unchecked. I exported the Data base as well for me to load it later as I also process audio using the wonderful tools inside Thetis only. I obviously use a different Data base in that scenario.
Thoughts?
JJ

Re: Why does TX EQ revert to ON?
TX EQ on/off state is stored in the tx profile
You can select an option in setup to highlight everything that is stored in a TX profile, for checking purposes.

Re: Why does TX EQ revert to ON?
Richie,
Not sure if this has anything to do with my observation but I am using P1 and will only start using P2 once I am much more familiar with Thetis.
Best!

Re: Why does TX EQ revert to ON?
The link was to the beta/patched version of Thetis which can run P1 or P2. The beta includes the check box for highlighting TX profile items, amongst many other things.JJ4SDR wrote:Richie,

Thanks for the clarification. When I clicked on the link a page chock-full of items came up so (newbie that I am) it was somewhat bewildering to see that

Thanks!

Re: Why does TX EQ revert to ON?
Richie: Does this patch work with Protocol 1 or is it tied to Protocol 2? I am just learning how to walk and won't upgrade to Protocol 2 until after I have learnt how to run? Will need to learn how to run patches too.ramdor wrote:JJ4SDR wrote:Hey,ramdor wrote:TX EQ on/off state is stored in the tx profile
