AZ: <PST><AZIMUTH>%ELE%</AZIMUTH></PST>

STOP: <PST><STOP>1</STOP></PST> to <PST><STOP>1</STOP></PST><PST><TRACK>1</TRACK></PST>
I use these commands:

<PST><AZIMUTH>%AZ%</AZIMUTH></PST>
%Ele% would be elevation....

<PST><STOP>1</STOP></PST><PST><STOP>1</STOP></PST><PST><TRACK>1</TRACK></PST>

Notice the 2 stop commands. This is a known issue that PSTRotator sometimes needs 2 stop messages.

Many thanks Ernst,
I will try to copy your configuration as in pictures and see what happens.

Hi guys,
I copied perfectly the configuration of pictures kindly sent by Ernst but I don't receive any data in Multi Meter I/O window.
The only difference is that I am using the PST rotator version demo with both AZ and EL, but I think it does not matter.
Any other idea? :)

P.S. I discovered that PstRotator is not enabling any UDP traffic if it is not connected by serial or TCP to the rotator controlbox. Now I have the azimuth angle displayed in Multi Meter I/O window and everything works! 8-)

Excellent stuff Richie...Is it possible to output just the VFO frequency on its own? I have a Palstar HF auto, which receives CAT data in XML format over UDP on port 12080, that would allow the tuner to track frequency changes in thetis

I have a Palstar HF Auto tuner and I run a program by W1TR along with DDUtil to capture the frequency data and it is sent to the tuner via a comm port of the PC to the Tuner. It would be great to have this all built into Thetis and get rid of those two programs.

Both Palstar and W1TR have apparently discussed sueing anyone who reverse engineers the serial comm's API for remote operation. See the discussion here: https://groups.io/g/nodered-hamradio/to ... 7#msg13040

I don't own any Palstar products and never will.

I've written my own software for fully automatic control of my Palstar AT-Auto (the old one "Kessler").
It does auto-switch Bypass/Auto/Manual and auto tuning.

Hi Ernst

I Would be very interested in that if you were prepared to share it...My palstar is also an old one, and i am using TCI in thetis. Just wish Richie would implement TCI audio too...Nudge nudge ;-). yes i know there is a degree of latency, but IMHO the convenience overrides the small amount of latency

Hi Ernst

Bridge installs OK, but on startup I get a .net Unhandled exception error, on clicking continue it constantly pops up before I can input my com port and TCI port (COM8 and TCI 50001)

Screenshots attached.. System Win 11, com port via FTDI usb-serial adapter TCI running in thetis

Yeah, quick & dirty thrown together *lol*
Was not intended to be used other then by me.

Will go through and add a proper error-handling... maybe this or next week.

Hi Ernst

After trying to get it to work, It seems that my Palstar is not the same as yours, hopefully you can come up with a version that suits all HF-Auto tunes
