There is a proper internal coupler built into the 7000, and it is automatically selected on transmit. Don't forget, however, to enable ATT on TX in Setup > General > Ant/Filters > Antenna.
If you are using an external amplifier then, yes, you need a coupler, or you need an amplifier with a built-in coupler. In either case it attaches to the Bypass input, and you must select Bypass on TX in the settings.

yes I will use the Icom 1000 amp who made this coupler do you know I think there is a German guy but cant remember his link
