Windows 11 22H2 and Network Throttling hack

Hi,

After updating two PCs to the latest Windows 11 ver. 22H2 my Network Throttling hacks were reverted back to its defaults on both machines.

So please, after updating your computers to W11 22H2, check the registry and confirm your settings.

I'm on W11 22H2 Insider Preview Build 22623.730 and my setting hasn't changed:

I don't know, I don't run Thetis in administrative mode.

I always check the hack after every "big" Windows update.

My settings changed on 2 computers.

I'm using a spanish OS, who knows if that is the reason:

Windows update reset the throttling index here as well, the builtin setting feature took care off it.

The other thing I notice is the System CPU usage display in Thetis is incorrect now, flickering between 0 to 1%.
In resmon system is using 6%, also according to resmon Thetis is now using 0.3% prior to update was 3%.

Me too, 0-2% in Thetis, but 6-8% shown in task manager (total CPU use).
